Stanley Cup Riot

After the 2011 Stanley Cup Final Game 7 loss by the Vancouver Canucks, riots erupted in downtown Vancouver. Crowds smashed storefronts and burned vehicles while many filmed and shared the chaos online. More than 140 people were injured, hundreds were later charged, and damage and cleanup cost millions.
